Until the site gets more active, I'd recommend removing it. It doesn't look too good when there's a new message like once every week or so. It could be added once this site is more active. Just an idea.
Even though I don't use the shoutbox I don't see it as a problem it could be a useful tool when you want to play some GTA online with people on the forums which is better then a whole bunch of new topics about anyone wanting to play online that's the way I look at it at least.
I agree. It's not honestly being used very much and because of that I think it is currently a waste of space.
Judging by how active the shoutbox is, I'd assume that it'd take a week or so for someone to even add you if you wanted to play GTA.
