Did anyone think this had a depressing city?

I don't think so as it all depends on you that how you take things in your mind. I love all the cities in GTA. I even don't have a problem with the GTA IV and V. I really enjoy all the locations in it.

 

Well depressing one day can be not so bad the next, which I guess is depressing in itself to say. I guess I would not go that far, but for some maybe it went did.

 

Well yes, the buildings are not that colorful, everyone around seems to be focused on their destination, there are no exiting events happening.

 

Liberty city does have a depressing vibe. And there is no doubt it gives that impression. Even rain or even day time feels like this. No idea maybe designed that way perhaps.

some people find specific set of the graphics depressing. and it can get pretty depressing considering they meant it for the mood change. It looks good though.
