Do you actively try to finish all of the missions, or do you like to roam about causing mayhem? For me, there's nothing more entertaining than reaching 5 stars and eluding/fighting the cops and the army. The fact that they actually sent tanks and SWAT battalions for one guy is just incredible, lol. And then when it gets too hectic, pop on the jetpack and fly away.. only to start more trouble in another area. What about you?
For a good month or two, my friends and I would do nothing but play multiplayer and just wreak havoc on the city haha
I am a mission orientated player, so I focus on missions first. After I have completed my missions I go on kiling sprees or do activities to past the time.
I think I spent most time trying to capture and hold all the territories in San Andreas. I think the most difficult was in Jefferson near the parking structure versus the ballas gang. That took me forever.
I have honestly never played a single GTA game "properly" with missions and all. Having friends over and playing who can spawn the most jetpacks with cheat codes is just way more interesting. If you have the ability to spawn and drive jets or helicopters at will, the fun isn't trying to do missions with them, it's finding a variety of ways to make it crash into the ground in the most hilarious way possible. Maybe I'm just a jackass.
Hahaha oh no erronousRogue- I totally agree with yo! I think I only tried to complete the missions when I was alone and had ennough motivation to get 100%. But doing so was in no way near as fun as messing around with friends and playing chicken with the jet fighter.
Honestly, if it comes down to San Andreas, the grand portion of my time was spent maxing out the Bike riding skill and bunny hopping everywhere I could. Mixed with that, I'd go up to the huge mountain, bunny hop off the jump, and just free fall for a while before popping my parachute and gliding down. Honestly, the Parachute was probably the most amazing thing they could have added into the Grand Theft Auto series. So many hours just going through different locations with that thing equiped, and flying the Harrier or the Jetpack up to the maximum height and then free falling for a good two minutes or so.
I don't play SA that much anymore, but when I do I usually buy a whole ton of powerful ammo and just start going on a killing rampage and see how long I can go before I die once you beat the game 100% their is not to much left to do.
When I was once addicted to playing San Andreas each day. I would just usually do all the side missions. Then, I would just kill tons of people until they bring in swat.
I always play the game with the intent to complete the missions in mind. I rarely stop and cause chaos on the streets. I want to finish the game as soon as possible, because sometimes some missions are hard, and I have to repeat doing it, and that can be time consuming.
When I play GTA SA, everytime is different. I don't like finishing all the missions at once. I spend most of my time collecting and customizing low riders and hitting the gym (no cheats). Oh yeah, training the weapons I use is really cool too (again, no cheats). This would be the breakdown of my time when playing: 20% - Missions 30% - Collecting Cars 30% - Playing with the Cops 10% - Working out 10% - Girlfriends (haha)
Yeah I'd have to say all I do is mod the hell out of the game I play SA:MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) Haven't done it in a while since that's basically what GTA V is but I can see myself playing again sometime because of the amazing modded stunt maps
I prefer to free-roam in San Andreas. I like driving around finding cool places to do stunts, drifts etc. Sometimes I also try to drive like the AI cars, because who hasn't tried that! When I'm on SA:MP, it depends what type of server I'm on. I'm usually on stunt servers so I'm probably playing around doing stunts. I also like Truckmania, which is a trucking server.
I like to drive out in the country side with either the bf injection or the sanchez, dirt bike. I mostly prefer the dirt bike since it's easier to make the jumps. I especially like jumping off of Mount Chilliad with the dirt bike.
Most of the time these days, all I do is put in the cheat codes for weapons, blow lots of things up, raise my wanted level, and fight the swat. That's my form of San Andreas entertainment these days. Akiyama
Sometimes, I like to get a bike and just travel around the town, especially on the beach or the mountains. And other times, I simply kill everything in my path then run away like a little rabbit when the SWAT comes
What I loved about SA, was the great freedom you had to create your own missions. My favorite, was to take one of those one person copters, and land it atop a Casino. I'd enter the casino, shoot up the place, and race up to the roof and take off. I'd get lots of cash for that. I really cannot make a good solid mission in GTA IV. Everytime I try to park a car somewhere, for a quick getaway, it's gone when I'm done robbing a club. In SA in Battery Park, atop Jizzy's place, I'd take a rocket launcher and just blast everyone. There is an area you can stand, and no one can get to you. You know what those programmers did? Well, cop cars started to drop from the sky, lol. I'm thinking some game testers did that as well, and well, the programmers had to squash the fun blast party .
I remember I focused on making CJ as fit as possible. Slacking off will make the character look fat so most of the time when I'm not doing missions I'll focus keeping CJ fit. Other than this was like all the other GTA games, I just explored the city.
