Well thank you @ACSAPA for reminding me about Parappa The Rapper, that was a good. I am surprised at the amount of games here that I have not heard of. I was pretty into my PSP back in the day and I would have thought that I knew most of the games but I guess I missed some. That Chili Con Carnage one sure sounds interesting.
