Have you played them? I've spent dozens of hours on both titles, and Just Cause 2 is definitely the superior game in the series. JC3 looks like it'll take that title upon release, though.
I played them briefly but I just didn't have the time to properly get into the franchise. Maybe with the new JC3 coming out I can start playing more seriously.
