Is this game okay?

It's not entirely bad but it has a few flaws

 

Unfortunately the flaws are just numerous

 

I have to agree. If you add to that the fact that there are so many different aspects of the game that are just not appealing to most people that are used to the usual Grand Theft Auto games. Things like the top down view and just the gameplay in general is not good enough for it to be classed as a good game especially for Rockstar's standard.
