I have 5 consoles. PS1 PS2 PS3 PS4 PSP Sony fan for life, I'm not sure why I haven't bought a Xbox one yet, probably because I'm a sony fanboy
Once I get attached to a console I play it for years on end. Was Nintendo man at first, all the way up to N64. Then bought a PS2. Also have a gameboy.
Wow. You are very lucky. I would love to have all of these especially the ps2. I'd be happy with just getting my PSP back lol. I guess I'm a sony fan too.
So far I have been a proud owner of a PlayStation 2, an original Xbox console, a PlayStation 3, and a Xbox 360. Out of all those consoles, the PlayStation's are my favorite. There's a ton of game titles available for the consoles and they are built much better than Microsoft's Xbox consoles, meaning they last you a whole lot longer. To this day I've had no problems whatsoever with my PlayStation consoles, while on the other hand, my Xbox 360 got the red ring of death and my original freezes up a lot.
I agree, Playstations are indeed built very well. I got a lot of use out of my PS 2 and had I not lost it I'm confident I could still play it until today. My ps3 has been getting heavy use for about 4 years now and it still functions like it was new.
I had what I think was an Atari (I was really young so I'm not really sure), got a Master System, a Nintendo 64, and gave up on consoles. Apart from the Nintendo 64 days which were awesome, I did must of game playing on a PC. I had a bunch of those...
Even though I was around in the 1980's ,I grew up poor and didn't have game consoles back then. So my first game console was a Sega Dreamcast because I was an adult and could buy it for myself. I have had a Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Game Boy Advance,PSP, DS Lite, and I'm going to keep collecting the next gen consoles. I'd also like an Ouya because I think it's so cute.
Ive have all the major ones since the NES. But the first time I played was my dads atari 2600 he saw that i liked games so he got me a snes when I was 5 A few years later some one broke into my house and stole a bunch of stuff including my snes so to make up for it my parents got me a nes and a genesis the nes because they couldnt get find a snes. Then i got a PS1 when it came out (for having good grades ) and i became a sony fanboy ever since just kidding im no fan boy since i have every system and play them all. That gen I started working after school to have more money for games since they parents were tired of buying them for me. Since that day ive started buy systems as they come out and i went back and got some old school ones i missed out on back in the day.
I've had an Atari, Gameboy, SNES, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, Gamecube, Playstation 1 and 2, Xbox 360, and the Wii.
I have owned the following consoles: -Gameboy -SNES -PS1 -PS2 -PS3 -Xbox -Xbox 360 Granted, I had shared the SNES,PS1, PS2 and the original Xbox with my brother, I guess I co-owned those consoles. I owned myself an Xbox 360 and a PS3, of which I used the Xbox more because most of my friends had only the Xbox 360.
I have owned a PS1, PS3, PC and the Wii. All consoles were great, I probably had the most fun on the PS3, I had the most fun among friends on PC and had the most fun among the family was the Wii. I play the PC now most often, even leaving the PS3 to be dusty. Playing the PC gives me much more options among friends and that's where the best moments in gaming comes from. Sometimes it comes from the PS3 and consoles alike but the real moments, to me, come from PC.
I got gifted a PS4 and a Wii U but I still prefer a PC over them. I never actually liked consoles, but I have to use them since I'm too lazy to resell.
I've owned every Nintendo console from the NES to the Wii U, with the exception of the Wii. After the Gamecube I got a PS3 and then a PS4.
Just send them over here! I have been wanting to get a ps4 but I don't have enough funds and I don't think there's end games on it yet for now anyway, but I'd be willing to take yours off your hands lol.
For me it's been like this: NES, SNES, PS1, PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, PS3. Still wanting to add a PS4 but man it ain't even remotely affordable in my country...
It sounds like you've had experience with almost every popular console that has come out. I'd like to just use a PC too but I haven't had much time to learn about building my own.
