Did you ever run out of money in GTA?

Yeah, I think GTA is too easy on you when you get caught/die. It subtracts too little money.

In Borderlands, for example, I keep running out of money. It got so bad that I cheated my money into 99999999.

I still ran out eventually. Never happened in GTA.

 

It's pretty hard to run out of money in GTA after a few missions. It always seems too easy to get money, I think, in future games, it should be more difficult. When I was bored, for a challenge, I used to enjoy spending all my money before attempting to become rich again through side-missions, especially in Vice City Stories.

 

No, since I ever find a way to scrape the money needed to do something.
I also do a lot of missions so money isn't a problem for me. I only have problems when I buy really expensive things and my balance is set to 0.

 

There is a reason why cheats were created.

 

In San Andreas you can actually run out, and even go down into negative in the casinos in Las Ventures. If you fall below 0, you are in dept to the casinos, and they will regularly send armed mobsters after you.

 

I don't think I ran into any money problems further into the game, of course, like most games I struggled in the beginning. About the middle part is when I started making bank.

 

First time playing GTA V I did because I wasn't smart and conserved my money for when I needed it.

I blew most of it early on in the game on stupid stuff and then was trying to play catch-up.

 

I don't think I ever ran out of money playing any GTA games. One of the cheat codes that I always had was the money code.

 

I ran out of money a few times when I first started. Later, my brother discovered a cheat code that loaded you with a million anytime you input the code. So I guess you can say I never had that problem again lol.

 

It is all part of the game to experience running low on money. This is something you do not want to happen in real life. But GTA is just a game, so may as well make use of it and experience something different. So, yes I often run out of money on purpose just for the thrill.

 

Never. Between the cash rewards in missions, the loot you can get from killing civilians, as well as the odd jobs like taxi services, you really need to screw it up big time to be low on funds. You can also go to the casino or track betting, as they would give you a massive boost in funds if you hit the jackpots. It's not really all that hard, then again, nothing in gaming ever is.

 

The biggest problem is at the beginning of the games when I wanted to buy weapons and never had enough. As the game went on and the jobs started paying better that became less of a problem though.

 

Not really, I usually either type in cheat codes to boost up the money or go and try to steal from thugs and citizens in the game.

 

I think I have ran out of the money plenty of the times. And I have done things in the game to recover that. I think depending on how you see that. It can be fun to even run out of the money. But assuming things go good enough most of the time I guess we just have to adjsut with that.

I think for many, this wouldn't be that big of an issue, due to the fact that you can simply rob someone close in seconds.
