I personally thought that was one of the easier missions. I'm naturally pretty good at rhythm games and dance games. It's a matter of feeling the rhythm of the music and timing your button pushing with it. I actually find the rhythm game aspects of San Andreas fun.
There were a couple of dance/rhythm game styled missions and mini-games in San Andreas. I found them a bit amusing and even fun. Plus, I find myself being really at rhythm games
