One thing that I like with mobile gaming is that it has a lot of free games and apps available for download at any time. One of the best shooting games that the Android Market has is Dead Trigger. It's a first person zombie game with awesome console-quality graphics. If you want a much simpler shooting game, go with Gun Club 3. What other great free shooting games for Android devices do you know of?
Dead Trigger 2 is even better, in my opinion, so I'd recommend checking that out, the controls have been changed a bit and I think it's a much better type of control structure to use on a touchpad. The only drawback is that it may be too simple for some people, but I think it's good enough for a touch pad shooter.
I'm a lover of sniping games, so I love Contract Killer. It has pretty good controls, and a nice story. The microtransactions are a bit of a turn off, but it's good fun.
Thanks for the suggestions! I was looking for both a zombie game and a sniping game to put on my phone. I love the free apps! They're pretty awesome. I just hate it when they crash. Will be getting all of these right now on my wifi.
The Frontline Commando games are pretty awesome. I haven't played one I didn't like so far. You don't have control of your character, as far as walking around freely, but you do have full control of your weapons. I also really enjoy Shadow gun if it's a massive multi-player you're looking for.
I have played this game and let me tell you that you shouldn't play this game unless you are planning to spend some cash down the line.
Into the Dead isn't necessarily a shooter, but it has guns in it, so that mostly counts. It's more of an infinite run survival game, but I'd highly recommend it nonetheless.
I agree with all your suggestions. I have tried DT2 and it was awesome. The graphics are even better than the first one and there are more things to do. However, I do enjoy playing Contact Killer a lot more. It's more action packed. Front Line Commando is also pretty good.
Sounds like a ton of fun. But not sure if my phone can handle it. Do you have any specs of the phone you play dead trigger on? would love to try it out but dont want to waste time installing it.
I have tried to download Dead Trigger, but it just won't install on my phone. It always crashes. I have read on other forums that it could be some error with my google play services. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but none of the old tricks are working.
I love sniping games as well and I prefer them over the ones that just require you to run and shoot. One game I was pleasantly surprised by was one where you need to snipe animals. The game is called deer hunt and it really is very well made.
Dead Trigger is an awesome game, I love it, and so is Dead Trigger 2. I've never played Gun Club 3 but might have a little go at it. There is one online multiplayer shooting game that I was addicted to for a while called Shadow Gun. It's a bit like a futuristic Call Of Duty or Counter Strike and is pretty awesome. There's also an offline version of that game. Another awesome shooting (sniping) game I was impressed with is Contract Killer. There's also a Contract Killer 2 out and Fronline Commando is another one.
Same here although I like DT2 a lot more even though the controls have been simplified extremely. I still found it very fun and it was surprisingly not too repetitive.
