You could always play something like Outlast which is surreal from the get go. I promise you that you'll be on your toes through the whole journey of mental asylum.
Yeah If you play it at night with no one around and in the right mood it is absolutely terrifying. I can't even finish the game because I start to feel sick from being scared all the time.
Thanks for the recommendation! I've actually been getting more and more into horror games so this suggestion just came at the right time. I'll be checking this out very soon and from the sound of it I think I will like it. Thanks again!
That does sound a lot more sensible. I was probably really in the wrong mindset when I first played this and I didn't do much to set the mood further. I am very easily scared, usually, so I do think I would have been shaking because of this game given the right circumstances, so I will definitely be giving this another try with the right setting. Thanks very much for your suggestion!
If you are eve in doubt about this game, you an always look out for help online. Trying to solve every puzzle by yourslef might be a bit frustrating for you.
I think Five Nights At Freddy's is pretty tense and nerve wracking. You play a night security guard at a Chuck E Cheese style pizzeria where the animatronic animals roam around at night and try to kill you. Sometimes they disable the cameras so that they can sneak up on you. You have no weapons and you can't go anywhere and your power supply is constantly draining. You have to survive 5 nights on the job without being killed.
I have not heard about this game. How did it slip under my radar? I am definitely going to heck it out.
