For me, the air races in GTA Online are a bit lacking compared to the other vehicle races. I'd like to see some additional features implemented, or at least more options for vehicles. What are your thoughts?
Why not, more crazy stuff to do in GTA would always be welcome. Although the difference in aerial vehicles would be pretty insane. Dibs on the jet fighters LOL.
Yeah they could work it out a bit more but it would be really hard to balance I think. I think it's fine if they wait until the next game to add more of this stuff, the current game is fine as it is and for now I really don't need any new content.
I didn't mind it as it is because I'm not too fond of racing parts in GTA anyway, but I wouldn't be too opposed to it if they made it a bit more complex. I'm sure if ever they did then they would do it well since they've always done GTA right.
I don't really like the air races anyway because I'm not that good at flying in the game, but it would be nice to have more choices for vehicles and some additional options.
I'd love to have the option of piloting airplanes with weapons, it would be a great gameplay mode, you could either race them and attack your opponents, or simply have huge dogfights in the air.
There should be more things you could do with air races. Would make sense considering what you are already able to do in the game. Hopefully, we will get something like that in the next one.
That does sound fun but I'm not sure I'd be sold on the controls for that. I guess it would be easier to have two players in one vehicle, one who's doing the flying and one who's shooting. Definitely sounds like something I'd play so let's hope it gets added sometime in the future
You're right, this functionality in the game during the air races would be awesome. I hope that someone from GTA read this forum and will ask the development team to include it in the next game
Totally. The version we have now is pretty bare bones. I'd be open to see it fleshed out, and I'd play it a ton.
That would be great, it would be a great chance to even allow players that don't have the game, whichever person that has the cartridge could pilot the airplane, when the friend who has his own DS but not the game could download a version to allow him to fire the guns.
I personally never really liked air races, I find them really tedious especially when having to fly really close to mountains I have to twist my fingers reaching all the buttons to ensure I make it through the checkpoint. I just don't find it fun enough to care much whether they improve them or not, I just don't enjoy them.
