I couldn't agree with you more. I even get into random fist fights and knife or baseball bat fights. There's a demented form of entertainment in bludgeoning random, computer generated people. I know that may sound sadistic, but I really am a kind person in real life. Virtual murder is just a great stress relief.
I always do it on purpose. Yeah, sometimes it happens when I am not paying attention or running away from the cops, but hey, they are computer generated people.
Very true. I like using the melee weapons more because the guns and rocket launchers are too easy and it gets old after a while. Close combat makes it a bit more challenging but when the cops come I switch to the heavy artillery.
I do the same thing. There's just something about getting on the cops' nerves that's so entertaining. Punch a cop here, knife another somewhere else, hit another with a bat, and repeat until they shoot you. Then bring out the big guns. That's how I do it.
Lol. Yes, and I also do it because melee weapons are a bit too challenging to use on the cos since they can fight back unlike the pedestrians. Also I like blowing up their cars to make for maximum damage.
Looks like great minds do think alike. I think the exact same way when I free roam in GTA5. It's just so much fun. I know I keep saying this, but it is.
I like getting into fist fights with as many people as I can and I usually will get my ass kicked by a bunch of cops. I like to do that in video games as well.
Well, you see... They way you have it phrased makes it look like you do that stuff in real life and in the game world. I personally would just leave that behavior in the virtual worlds of the GTA series. Do't want to get into real trouble.
And here I was thinking I was the only sadist bastard. I've loved doing that in every GTA ever since I started playing with GTA San Andreas.
I love running over pedestrians, sometimes I'm just driving around normally and out of nowhere I get this urge to run over someone, so I swerve towards the sidewalk and start mowing everyone down. I think Grand Theft Auto makes us enjoy stupid things like that and it doesn't actually hurt anyone, so it's pretty fun just seeing people fly all over the place after you run them over.
Looks like I'm also not the only sadist when it comes to running over pedestrians. It's just too fun to run over virtual people, causing utter chaos. It never stays "peaceful" for long when I'm playing.
Wow.. and I thought I was the only one that enjoyed that! I love breaking rules, especially in a sandbox game like GTA V. Running over pedestrians, robbing banks, races, everything is so much fun in this game!
It's a game that let's you do the wildest crimes without real life consequences. Really, I think that the feeling of hitting various people in the head with a bat, knifing unsuspecting virtual people, and running them down with a car is therapeutic. Feeling angry? Want to hurt someone, but not for real? Play GTA5 and take out your frustrations on them.
Running over pedestrians, and punching pedestrians; all in good fun. Oh, and don't forget bumping into them.
I remember when I was young, playing GTA 3 would always end up in me riding over every single pedestrian there is. I've been doing it less and less as i've grown older though, I'm starting to appreciate the other things that are fun in the games. Every once in a while I'll still run over pedestrians though!
There's nothing wrong with running over pedestrians, it's just a game after all. Knocking people over in a game does not make you a reckless, road raging driver in real life any more than playing first-person shooters will make you a mass murderer.
The only reason I run over pedestrians on teh street. Is so that I can get the cops on me. Then when the cops are on me like a wild pack of animals. I proceed to explode them with pure joy.
It's definitely one of the more amusing and fun parts of the game. I personally love the hell out of it. If I get bored with other aspects of the game I randomly run over some innocent bystanders and it really makes me giggle every time I do. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who gets a kick out of doing it.
Ah, yeah. Forgive me, virtual GTA people, but it is too much fun ramming you all with my car. Seriously, I don't understand why it's so fun, but it is. I guess it's because it's virtual, and you could never do that in real life, which is pretty much the premise of the GTA series as a whole.
