To be honest it wouldn't surprise me if somebody came up with a mod that lets you do that...there seems to be a mod to let you do most things these days. That being said, if you are buying a racing game then I have no idea why you would even want to do something like that, and like @Terry1 says, if that's the kind of thing you want to do then maybe you're just better off buying a GTA game instead.
