Lately I haven't had enough time to play any games but I'd say car games are some of the easiest to pick and drop for an easy match or two. If anything I'll be sure to play some CTR during the weekend.
I think it's just because it is that niche. Some might consider it worth to buy a racing wheel or rig but for the most part people are just content with playing on a controller so there's not much reason to play sim games.
Are you sure about that? If you are referring to the lack of media spotlight then I'll assume that it's due to the nature of the game. You can't really express a lot of fun while playing them since they require more skill and concentration. I believe a lot of people play them, they just don't pop up in the spotlight as much.
Most people think that they would get VR out of nothing. Well, you need to spend a lot on VR equipments and you also need to wait before a VR game gets released.
Yes, you are right. To enjoy sim games, you need a lot of money and that is why, not too many people play the sim racing games.
I think it's quite simply not as exhilarating and fun to people. Also children and teen make up a large population of gamers, and they're far more into FPS/MOBA games. Even if they liked racing/cars they'd be more likely to play arcade racers like Need For Speed rather than realistic sim games.
I don't play it because it needs the equipment and I would not invest more than hundred dollars just for buying the gaming equipment. My friend has bought the gaming equipment for this game and he says that you can't enjoy the game without the equipment.
Need for Speed is one of the most amazing racing series I have ever seen. I love the graphics and the soundtrack of the game. I think that this game is way better than the sim racing games. I would rate it more than the sim racing game.
You can. There are some racing game fans who play the games both with game pads and steering wheels just so they can feel the difference. And though they admit that using a game pad is harder it doesn't mean they enjoy the game less. Some just enjoy the challenge of using something that makes the game harder
Yes, racing games have become.boring in recent years. But, I still play racing games. It's relaxing to play a racing game and listen to music. It relaxes your mind.
Sim racing games can get boring real fast for most people which is probably the reason why one should alternate between arcade racers [for the fun] and sim racing to test your skills when you want to.
