Street Fighter V

I just found out that street fighter V is about to come out soon and I was so excited to see what they have done with it, but I was kind of disappointed that it looked too much like SF4. I was expecting a bit more of an overhaul since it's a brand new installment rather than just an improvement on the current version like they like to do. Seems like everyone is hyped for Nash though.

What do you guys think of SFV?

 

All the Street Fighter games that I played were pretty cool. But in my opinion I'm not really that excited for the next one because the new ones start to feel the same as the previous ones to me.

 

I'm still having a hard time believing Sony was able to make this system exclusive to the PS4.

From the two videos they've showed us the game looks pretty good. I'm more worried in how Capcom makes this game a DLC hell like their other fighting games.

 

Street Fighter games are some of the best fighting games that I have had the chance to play next to games like killer instinct and such. I know that this one will be a whole lot of fun to play just like the ones that came before it.

 

I love fighting games but for some reason I can't get into Street Fighter at all, so I'm not caring too much about SFV at all. I liked Third Strike, but that was the last one I liked...

 

I didn't know Sony had exclusive rights to it, but I'm guessing it's just for a limited time if ever since I'm sure Microsoft users would riot if it were otherwise. And yeah they do take it a bit far with DLC these days.

 

I really don't know if it's possible it will ever release on X1, but it might for whatever re-release the game eventually gets. That said, it's coming out on PC too alongside the PS4 release.

 

Wow, between this and tomb raider becoming an exclusive too I don't know what will happen to the video games market in the near future. I still am guessing it will someday be available for both platforms but I think especially for a game like SF which is a bit more universal I really find it hard to believe there won't be an uproar with the x1 crowd. I can't wait to see what happens.

 

I'm excited that they will release this game butI heard there are some glitches on this game. I will not buy it until they fix the game first.

 

The game hasn't even come out yet, so they have more than enough time to fix it up.

 

Yup it's not out yet and I don't think they even have the complete roster announced at this point. I'm sure they will make everything perfect before release. I've seen ken though and he's my favorite and I'm not too fond of the new look he was given.

 

The game's still enjoying a healthy playerbase now, so I'd say it's quite the success.
