Whenever this track use to come up my friends would lose their mind. They hated it so much and I loved it because they would always fall off. Now, they went ahead and started practicing to get better. I'm barely getting fourth place now.

I know a lot of people get annoyed by how difficutl Rainbow Road is, but I have loved it ever since the N64 version came out. It's just such a fun track to race in, and once you get the hang of it you feel so accomplished for doing a good run on it.

Yeah, but also, the N64 looks sooo amazingly great! Retro tracks in Mario Kart used to look less great and really 'retro', though in MK 8 it looks legendary! And not only that, the 'remix' of the soundtrack is really nice, I don't think it can tip the original (dem feels!) but it still is really relaxing to listen to.

Oh, definitely, it looks amazing on MK8, it is the best looking Mario Kart to date after all.
Another track that looks really good is the Animal Crossing one, and it's so refreshing to have the possibility of playing it on different seasons.

Whenever I race on this track it always brings back the memories that I had when I used to play the game on the SNES. This track will always be one of my favorite tracks on the game. Even though I like most of the tracks on the game I really think that this one will always have a place in my heart.

I never got to play the old version so all I know is this one and I have to say it really has become my favorite because of the great colors and nice mechanics. I hope they make more similar to it in the future.

There should be more tracks like Rainbow Road that are even more frustrating. I'm not kidding.

Rainbow Road has been around since the N64 Mario Kart! Rainbow road was also in Mario Kart: Super Circuit (a game for the Game Boy) and Mario Kart DS. This is a classic course, and I don't think that they'll ever completely do away with it, though the course now looks very different. The new course is definitely a great spin on an old classic! I think that the course looks better than ever, and is definitely a great appeal to the new generations! Before, the rainbow road was rather plain (well, at least in Super Circuit, but you can't complain much, because that WAS the GameBoy days). The brighter colors in the course now really suit it!

I have always hated the hate towards Rainbow Road. For that reason, I have always said make another one, and make it longer and harder, just to make those people mad. I am just not sure why so many dislike it, and it has always been one of my favorites. I am still trying to master that jump in the beginning....one day I will get it. Thanks for sharing.

I don't really like the rainbow road because I think it's a hard track to win the race.
