I never experienced these types of bugs. Just search it on the Internet and you can find the solution easily.
From what I've read Logitech has yet to fix this bug, which is bizzare. It's the first time I've heard of an issue like this, although I had problems with Forza and one of my steering wheels. The directions and sensitivity were way off.
Definitely a bug. Make sure you update your game, get patches, and hopefully these get the issue fixed. There are lots of mods out there too that may be able to help you, if downloading the patches and updates didn't help, you may have to check the integrity of the game on Steam, and in worse case scenario, you may have to reinstall the game. That's basically it, good luck!
Patches? Well, I don't think he needs to implement the patches to fix these issues. I think he just needs to update the game.
I couldn't get the sensitivity to work properly, the wheel was either too fast or too slow despite me calibrating it, it was an issue with the game that got patched after a while though.
