I had to solve some of these bugs / problems, but they weren't as complicated as they seemed (but it was annoying in the same way ). Now everything it's fine.
How exactly did you solve your bug problems with the game? I think it's good to share those strategies here so that in future if others have similar problems they can easily find the solutions.
It's always helpful to have good references for possible problem solving (but some people forget to come back here ).
