Does a game similar to Forza Horizon 2 exist that is available on PC? Forza Horizon 2 seems like a perfect racing game for me. You can engine swap all of the cars and do ridiculous and silly things, like putting a V8 in a Volkswagen hippie bus, making it an 800 horsepower beast, or put a huge engine in a Fiat 500, making a ridiculous power-to-weight ratio. Also, you can put superchargers, turbos or twin turbos to almost all of the cars available, and test how they work with what setup. Also, the drifting in the game looks so great, and they are constantly adding free updates that add new cars. Why isn't there a game like this for the PC? I'm not going to buy a console just for one game, seriously.

You might want to look into Project Cars, it's got everything except for the car customization system IIRC

Well, the car customization is kind of the main aspect for me. There wasn't a game with good car customization since Underground 2. Forza Horizon 2 has everything that I want in a racing game, except that it's not on PC. Such a shame, I'd buy that in an instant. I will check out Project Cars, however. Maybe I like it, who knows. Thanks.

There may not be a game that is equivalent to Forza Horizon 2, on pc. I've checked out many games in the racing category on Steam and nothing is as good as Forza Horizon 2. So I'm going to buy an Xbox one just to get it. I played the original Forza Horizon and I played so many hours of it. I know the sequel is 10 times better so I think buying an xbox one is the right way to go. I have a lot of friends on xbox that I can play it with and since I am already going to have an xbox one I can play the other exclusives that are not on pc.

Well, I've always been a PC gamer, and I'd much rather spend the 500$ or how much an XBONE costs, to get better parts for my PC, and play games in nicer graphics. Right now, I'm waiting for The Crew, and I'm hoping that would at least come close to it. I know they have huge differences, and Forza looks so much better. But I'll take what I can get, right? Besides, I can't stick with one game for too long, so paying that much money just for one game is not something I'm comfortable doing. Especially, because games on Xbox almost never go on any kind of sale, right?

Yeah stick to the PC for sure. If you get a GTX 970 or 980 now it comes along with a voucher for a download of The Crew, Far Cry 4 or AC Unity, so maybe go for that if you want.

I bought a new GPU a month or two ago. Don't have to get a new one, because this is good enough for me. I've bought an R9 270x, and sadly, I didn't get the AMD Never Settle promo key, because the store I bought it in isn't part of that promotion. I have e-mailed the store and AMD regarding this, and they couldn't help me. Anyhow, I'm sticking to the PC definitely, because I can't get used to playing on consoles. I've played on consoles at my friend's houses. I've played on both PlayStation and Xbox consoles, and I couldn't get the feel for it.
