Another fast and furious? Im not sure how they bring the game character and elements into the movie, maybe they don't, and just thought, hey F&F is launching #7, we have a great built in franchise, why not. ya, well, why not...
Hell yeah. It's got me hyped. What I worry about is that they'll try and make it a movie about the game, rather than a movie based on the game.
I'm really excited for this movie. Did you know that Aaron Paul from "Breaking Bad" will be in it too? He's the main reason I want to watch this film. I wonder if the storyline will be similar to the games...
There was an article that says Thai actor named Tony Ja will most likely be part of that upcoming movie. Lets wait and see what will happen in the near run.
I saw him in the commercial for it. In fact, the commercial for it appeared during the Breaking Bad finale.. good promotion on their part, haha. But I don't know about this movie, man. I won't go in with a closed mind but I just don't know. There're plenty of terrible movies made in the image of great games. Particularly that horrible Super Mario adaptation, lol. But I'll give it a chance. I loved Hot Pursuit. If they do the idea justice and build a movie with it's own character rather an an adaptation of a video game, I'll love it too.
Doesn't the Fast and furious franchise have the market cornered for this thing. Really, what can an NFS movie do that we haven't seen already. I am still curious but I have my doubts about the quality of this project.
I think the only hope this movie has is if it doesn't take itself seriously. The Fast and Furious are so successful because they almost parody themselves. They over exaggerate the ridiculous nature of boy racer films and play on it. If the Need for Speed film tries to be a 100% serious film then I can't see myself liking it. I'm incredibly happy for Aaron Paul though, it's nice to see that directors are approaching him with work since his performance in Breaking Bad.
Movie looks great, can't wait to see it. I don't even know who the cast is, but I am a big fan of racing films so it will probably be a must see for me.
Aaron Paul is the lead character. That's all I know about the cast though. If you don't know who that is it's the guy on Breaking Bad. I am definitely looking forward to this movie. I am a huge fan of the fast and Furious series (RIP Paul Walker) and just racing movies in general.
I watched the trailer. It was awesome! I'm really excited. I like that Aaron is in it. The trailer was really great.
I am not much thrilled about this. I read some of the plot in wiki and it doesn't look much interesting.
I don't even care what's going to happen in it. It's basicly the cheesy most wanted FMV's with ridiculous car races. I can't wait.
The trailer looks really cool. I will put this movie on my list. I like racing movies, and would like to see something other than the fast and the furious .
I heard it was good. I'm personally not that curious but if I catch it on tv then maybe I'll watch it for a while. I'm more of a fan of F&F but hopefully it will pleasantly surprise me when I do finally watch it.
I have not seen it yet. It came out already ? Aaron Paul quickly jumping from the small screen to big screen. I hope it works out for him. He did a hell of a job in 'Breaking Bad'.
Watching this movie just proves one thing, most people believe that just because a successful actor is an a popular video game, doesn't mean that the company wants the best for the movie, they just want profit and money. It hurts to see someone like Aaron Paul, someone that was just absolutely amazing in Breaking Bad as Jesse Pinkman, be in a movie like Need for Speed. It sucks because in reality, the movie can be good in some aspects but in the end, it's just like a Fast and Furious clone that lacks in just about everything.
