What is it exactly that you like so much about Inception?

My personal favourite is a strange one, but it's The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. It's got incredible cinematography, and an equally impressive sound track.

That was a great comment you made there. Just want to compliment you on that.

Saving Private Ryan directed by Steven Spielberg is my favourite movie of all time. It is patriotic, powerful, and a great resemblance of that generation fighting for liberty. Movies are created not only for entertainment but tell a story first handed.

A Bronx Tale. Great soundtrack and Robert De Niro is fantastic in it.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
The movie has quite possibly the best climax of all time and every actor played their part with perfection. Eli Wallach in particular as Tuco was as good a portrayal as we're ever likely to see.

Plus, I absolutely love Ennio Morricon's score for the movie.

I just realised that there are two favorite movie threads on the forums. Can a mod please merge the two?

Hand down it's gotta be Forrest Gump. I've re-watched this movie three times by now.

I should also add Confucius. It's a film made by a Chinese studio, but it has Hollywood quality.

A Québecois movie called "Incendies". One of the greatest films to ever come out of Quebec Cinema, it's truly a masterpiece.

I love the movie The. Incredibles. I watch it over and over and I watch it whenever I see it being played on the Disney channel. I don't know what it is about that movie that I find so entertaining but I just like it and consider it a classic.

I also like the Aviator with Leonardo DiCaprio. He really does a good job of portraying how much of a hinderance OCD can be. Jack Nicholson made it more into a comedy in 'As Good As It Gets'.

My favorite movie of all time is Fight Club and I can talk about that movie for hours on end. The acting, the dialogue, the direction and the whole message just swirls around to make my favorite film of all time. My second favorite movie is probably The Social Network just because the acting and the premise is so interesting. The soundtrack is also just spot on and amazing. Both movies are also directed by the great David Fincher.

Fight Club is good. Not great. In my opinion. I don't really understand that twist much. Won't ruin it for anyone who has not seen it though.
