    Hi,
I wasn't sure where to post this, I hope this is the right place. I'm from an era where I played games like Midtown Madness, which is what got me into racing games in the first place. I loved the fact that we could drive around for fun, do different missions, unlock cars, etc. And of course, in the multiplayer, you could even attempt to climb on a freaking roof! The game was hilarious. Has anyone played it?

I still have Midtown Madness. I'm pretty sure that was only released for the PC. Unfortunately my computer is too new to run half of these older games. I wish they would make them compatible with the newer versions of Windows etc. That was a fun game though and I loved driving fast through the traffic and exploring the city. Great graphics for t's time also.

If you're looking for a great racing game check out Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. The game must be fourteen years old and the colors are simply vibrant and the courses are stunning. I play all of my racing games on the PC due to the nicer graphics.

Really fun game, I remember vividly how much fun I was having racing around. I think Midtown Madness was the first serious racing game I played, it definitely made me interested in the genre.
