Christmas List

Have you started one yet? Have your kids? A Toys R Us catalogue came in the mail today and my kids already marked everything they'd like to have for Christmas. Anyone else's kids ready for Christmas?

 

Christmas is still far away, so I am not preparing for that at this moment. Halloween is neigh. I am preparing fr that with my friends.

 

The minute Thanksgiving is over I'm ready for New Years. I hate the "shopping season" as I like to call it now. It's not even about Christmas anymore.

 

I haven't started on yet, mostly because I don't plan on getting anything or getting anyone anything. This year I just don't have the funds to get anyone a lot of stuff.

 

I still don't have a list but I'm going to be making one soon. Fortunately I don't have that many people to buy gifts for this holiday so I don't have to worry too much but it still requires effort and I'm feeling a bit lazy recently.

 

I will be able to splurge a little this year. So maybe it won't be as bad.

I could use a new laptop or PC. Even a desktop would do. Mine is falling apart. The bottom cover is held on my masking tape. The screws are fine but the plastic rings around the screw have cracked. I am sure it can be fixed but I don't think it is worth it.

 

Christmas, yes! Shopping. I've completely forgotten - must be the exams sucking out my sense of reality.

I'll start fairly soon. I'm constantly on the lookout for special sales. I never know what to get for my dad, though. That one I always buy the last and after hours and hours of thinking and debating. In my family, there's also the tradition of spoiling the children. My brother and I, being the youngest, always got what we wanted. Now, the youngest family member is our cat, so we're not expecting much, haha. He's going to get all the best goodies

 

Christmas is about a month of way. I haven't even started thinking about it yet. Still have to set a budget and all that stuff because I don't want to go crazy with my money.

 

Well perhaps we all can score some deals this Friday (if you are in the US).

 

I actually want to get a juicer for a nice price for my grandma. She has wanted one for years.

 

Me too, my laptop just gave out and I need a new one but I don't have enough saved up yet so I'm stuck using a tablet.

 

I want to buy an upgrade for my PC. My specs is not high and all of the new games are required to have a mid or high end PC. So I wish there are sale this upcoming weeks for it.

 

I am still waiting on a couple of gift cards I earned through survey sites. I really don't want to spend cash and then be left sitting on gift credit. But it is already the 15th !

 

Ah sorry to hear. I can't imagine getting anything done on my Ipad. I look at it for sports scores and reading news. That's about it.

 

My ASUS net book of 7 years recently died but I got an HP laptop 3 years ago which is doing alright. I really want my next computer to be a desktop. And I have the workstation to accommodate it.

 

Surprisingly it's not that difficult to one on thankfully. I still prefer just using a regular laptop for everything but iPads are not too shabby.

 

We already got our kids what they wanted. They don't ask for much. We got them game accessories for their xbox. We will probably get them a few other toys to go along with their accessories.

 

I don't have any kids and I'm grown up so no Christmas lists for me anymore, though I hinted at a couple of items I'd love to have to my SO. Hopefully she'll deliver, but I don't care that much if she doesn't!
