For me, I would only have GTA, It is the best racing game in my opinion, because you can do so much in it other than racing. In fact, im not even sure if it really qualifies as a racing game, but I guess it does because it is on this forum.

What would your only racing game be?

I like NFS. So quite obviously I'd pick one NFS title. The best they've ever made probably is Need For Most Wanted. The graphics were decent, game-play great . . . what more would you want from a racing game?

I would also choose a NFS tittle anytime over any other racing game, because I liked NFS as long as I remember. I wouldn't really care what release it would be, because there isn't a release that I extremely love or hate. The gameplay is good and so are graphics.

I really like Midnight club. I know it borrowed a few elements from the other racing games, but I never seem to get bored of it. GTA would be my next choice, but it's not kid friendly.

If I could still playwith other people then it would be Mario Kart, but if I for some reason could only play single player, then it would be Burnout Paradise, that's an extremely fun game that doesn't get old.

It'd be a close call between the original Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Grand Theft Auto V, and one of the recent Forza games. I don't know honestly.

I would choose Mario Kart, since it's really fun and enjoyable, and has a very active multiplayer base.

Mine would be burnout because it not only has many different types of racing style categories in one game but it also contains a crash mode which technically is another game in itself and it should be able to keep me entertained for weeks to months. Not to mention each category is very fun to replay.

Mario Kart, and probably the Wii version. The Wii version was such a progress compared to Mario Kart DS, the tricks, but also all the glitches and bugs were really nice :) , it's just a game that never gets boring once you get the hang of it.

Oh man I forgot about the crash mode on Burnout, that was so much fun!
I could stay with friends for hours not doing a single race, just seeing who could get a higher score on crash mode.

I'd play it again right now if I could. That game was a classic to me and I never really got tired of Crash mode because you could just play it over and over to try for larger crashes and destruction. No other game has done it since and I really wonder why.

I would only be able to play the Mario Karts franchise then. Realistic racing games has lost a bit of it's appeal to me. Mainly because it always ends up frustrating that it's too real, especially when the sun is actual in brightness level. So, Mario Karts and it's cartoony level of fun is what I'm going to be all about! :)

Well you can easily do it nowadays, Burnout Paradise is usually heavily discounted in Steam sales, just wait a week or so and you'll be able to buy it for like $3...

Any of the new need for speed games. The developers of this franchise have really stepped up in the last couple of years and have earned the title of favourite racing game series.

I absolutely love the Need of Speed series! I've tried a couple of them out, and after playing I was very interested. I've played Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted. I have Most Wanted on my phone, but it'd be nicer to have the console version instead.

I would but my laptop just broke and I'm trying to raise enough money to buy another one good enough to put a few games in it. I can't wait to try it out when I do it's probably one of the very first purchases I'll make.

I'd probably choose GTA, although it's not a "real racing game". I couldn't live without playing my favorite childhood game, especially since V came out and it's amazing!

I think it would be a wise decision to do so since it technically does have racing games and you have a lot of other things you could do which would make it a lot less repetitive and tiring.

Does GTA count? Because if it does, that's the only logical choice. Not only do you get amazing racing tracks, but you also get a fantastic game with a fantastic environment. I am talking about Grand Theft Auto V, of course.

GTA of course. What else could it be. Maybe Need for Speed too.
