I would say that MXGP2 is far better than MXGP, they made plenty of improvement on the graphics and the rider improvements are also quite noticeable.
I would definitely consider it a better game only because of the little changes they made to it, however, I personally think that MXGP is a little bit better than the MXGP 2, that's just my opinion though.
MXGP was launched in 2014 so it wasn't that long ago. There had to be some improvements but there hasn't been enough time for there to be something revolutionary in the game.
This is exactly what I mean, I know they've enhanced a lot of things, butthe first is always going to be the best on everything, that's how most things work.
Yeah I kind of agree with you. They did end up making improvements on the second one but I don't think it was that much. I do find it better than the first one though.
I not only think it is better but in my opinion, it is the best because look at the interface guys! I mean it is one of the best interface.
No 2 is better because newer coding and technology is used in the making of this game and the interface is also a lot better.
That is true, there is nothing that can replace the novelty of something. I'm sure that the people that are trying out MXGP2 are going through that now.
Or probably the ones playing MXGP2 are mostly new players that have not tried the first game yet, that sort of thing happen, more especialy because we're in a new gaming generation where most of the players are kids.
That's why I always say that the first time is always going to be the best and the most pleasing one, everything after it is normal and whatnot, but still, it's a good game as well, we have to admit it.
Most people only focuse on the graphics, it's such a good thing that you actually took the bike's handling into account for your opinion, it's good to hear.
A lot is also going to depend on what your used to, and if you didn't play the original game then you might think that this is a great game. If on the other hand you did play the original and then played this newer release then i think you are going to be disappointed. I'm not saying that MXGP2 isn't a good game, I just think that after the first release people expected a big improvement, and while improvements have been made, they aren't as significant as what people thought they would be.
I agree the new one really is very well made and I think the additions they gave it were enough. Maybe there is a bit of nostalgia factoring in for the first one but the new one is just as good.
The people that start playing MXGP 2 probably won't play MXGP, unless they have bought it for their PlayStation. The two games are very similar and if I had to recommend either game I would recommend MXGP 2. There is no need to play MXGP when MXGP2 is clearly better.
Well, it mostly depends on what kind of gamer you are, there are many factors to take into account, indeed.
I personally think taht there is no nostalgia when it comes to this kind of game since these are basically sports games which are just for having fun pretending you're riding a bike, the real nostalgia comes when it comes to adventure games and other games of that sort.
The graphics are good on this game and most people that have MXGP2 either played MXGP and upgraded with 2 or they are new to the game in which case they aren't likely to care that much about MXGP.
Maybe for you. I think nostalgia depends more on your mental state during that time more than it depends on the particular game. For some people it might be adventure games but for some people who don't find that interesting, sports games may be their adventure game.
Many of the gamers have pointed out the cons of this game. It is a great idea to find out the bugs and send it to the developers for further rectification.
