I know people that cannot ride a bike now and their adults! I learnt how to ride a bike from the age of five and once you learn you don't forget so how old was you?

I think I was about six. My dad taught me to ride. There's a photo around somewhere of him riding my little bike, haha.

I am going to say I was 4 or 5. I know it was before I went to kindergarden, and I started kindergarden at 5. I am the youngest of 4 kids, and pretty much figured it out for myself. I saw the older kids doing it, so I hopped on and just mimicked what I saw them doing. The good times have been rolling ever since.

I don't remember it clearly but I think that it is 4 years when I was given a bicycle by my father when I went upset.

I learned riding a motor bike at 15, pretty late but I learnt it.

You can add me to that list of adults who cannot ride a bike, lol. Never learned. I went straight from walking to driving, never had the bicycle intermediary.

But I imagine that it's something I could go back and learn with relative ease. I've got a bike and I'm tall enough to where I can catch myself with my feet.. I think I'll start teaching myself to do it.

I think I was 5 when I first rode a bike. It was a horrible experience. I remember it like it was just yesterday. My dad was holding me the first 20 meters I was riding it. Then he let me ride it by myself and that was the moment I lost balance and hit a rock with my knee. After that I did;t tough my bike for a year. So yeah, not the best experience.

4 years old! Technically it was a tricycle, but still fun nonetheless.

I see a pattern here, most kids seem to learn at around 4-5 years old which is a good time to learn:)

I believe I was 4 years old when I started. Course I had the whole training wheels going on. :D But I got the hang of riding bike after a bit. I remember once I did, it's all I ever wanted to do! My mom and my aunt are the two people who managed to help me ride bike without breaking my neck at my first attempts of trying! Thank God for them!

I had a bike with training wheels my uncle bough and my mom taught me how to ride.
Another uncle of mine taught me how to ride a two wheel bike when I was in elementary school. I don't remember exactly how old I was but I had to have been 6 or 7 maybe.

I remember riding my bike when I was around 5 years old. I would go down a slope every day after school and get cuts and bruises, haha. Slowly I learned how to ride my bike. One night after going down the slope I was getting the hang of riding without any training wheel usage at all.

I learned at around 7 and I had a massive spill that caused me to have a big gash. I was young enough that it made me cry so hard but being at that age I didn't think about it much afterwards and thankfully I didn't get traumatized so I was still able to learn and ride afterwards.

That was before I started school, I'd say from age 4 to 6. I remember I fell off 1 or 2 times and after that it just happened. It's one of the easiest things to learn.

I would probably have never learned it without help I think. I was pushed by my relatives so I got the feeling of how to balance without having to think too much about the risk. I ended up getting a huge gash in the end but at least I learned to ride.

I was really young, probably about 4 or 5. Had some people in the neighborhood help me out. Once I figured it out I was FLYING, so much fun.

Now I live in NYC, so...biking is a bit scary, LOL.

I was around 4 or 5 when I got my first bike . However, I have 8 older siblings and I use to sneak on my brother Terrance bike and he was 6. I really want to buy a bike as an adult to get some cardio.

I was in 4th or 5th grade. I taught myself to ride on an adult bike. My knees had serious road rash by the time I learnred, but at least I could now ride a bike.

I started when I was around 4 when I got a bike for my birthday, I learned a few months after without realizing and I'm glad I did. It's a really fun activity.

You're lucky as I learned when I was a bit older so I had a lot of fear going into it. I wasn't able to start with training wheels either unfortunately or maybe I just don't remember that stage anymore.

I didn't use training wheels either, maybe just at the start but I basically learned how to ride it by falling everyday. One day I just randomly got it and I was really happy! :D
